Sevilla – Qarabağ Match Official Reception

On 27 November 2019, ahead of the UEFA Europa League match between Sevilla FC and Qarabağ FK, the Spanish club hosted an official dinner in Seville.

The event brought together the presidents of Sevilla FC and Qarabağ FK, UEFA representatives, as well as ASB representatives.

The evening began with a guided tour of the historic Alcázar of Seville, a 12th-century landmark, and continued with the official dinner.

At the close of the event, ASB Chairman Karim Karimov, on behalf of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Spain, presented special gifts to José Castro Carmona, President of Sevilla FC, and Tahir Gözəl, President of Qarabağ FK. In return, José Castro Carmona offered a symbolic gift to ASB members, acknowledging their contributions to strengthening Spain–Azerbaijan relations.
